COVID19- Update 2020/04/30

Dear Customer,

We are pleased to announce that all 4 of our trade counters will be open from Monday 4^th May. Branch opening times will be from 7:30am until 4.00pm, Monday to Friday and closed for lunch between 12.00 -1.00pm. All trade counters will remain closed on Saturday until further notice.

Our Trade Counters and warehouse teams will be working on a reduced staffing level to help ensure the required social distance minimum of 2 meters. We have also implemented increased safety measures such as social distancing, providing hand sanitiser, masks for staff to wear and increased levels and frequency of cleaning and safe working procedures.

Please be assured that protecting all of those that come into contact with our business is absolutely paramount, this includes our team, customers and suppliers.

Some of our office team continue to work from home. However, you can continue to make contact with them through the usual channels or our contact form.

Our delivery drivers are following a ‘Contact Free Delivery Service‘ to help ensure the safety of our customers and our delivery personnel. If large items require additional assistance to help with unloading, it is essential, that the recipient has the appropriate level of PPE to protect themselves and our driver/courier.

At the moment we have good stock levels of the majority of our products and our supply chain is still strong, however, there may be occasions where we are awaiting delivery from our supplier or the dispatch time will be longer than shown on your order confirmation. Should this be the case we will contact you to let you know what options are available to you. Please accept our sincerest apologies in advance should this happen, it is a very difficult and unprecedented period for us all.
