COVID19- Update 2020/03/27

Dear Customer,

As the UK continues to battle the COVID-19 outbreak, we are constantly reviewing the level of risk and taking mitigating actions to protect our employees, customers and suppliers. The health, safety and well being of our people has always been, and continues to be, at the forefront of everything we do.

In light of recent events and until further notice and to keep essential services such as the NHS and Network Rail running. We will only be offering a limited collect and delivery service from our Enfield trade counter and distribution hub.

If you are a contractor and have ongoing contracts to supply these sectors along with other vital services, we will endeavour to continue to support you in every way possible, as we appreciate that there is a need to keep these services supplied and maintained at this time.

To help in this matter, Fayer’s have set up a dedicated team to assist our customers at this time, and should you have any requirements, please e-mail covidresponse@fayers.co.uk

For those customers who wish to place orders of a non-urgent nature, you will be advised of the earliest delivery date available.

We appreciate all of our customers, and we trust you understand the reasons for these actions.
